Rentopi LLC ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and trustworthy platform for Vehicle Owners and Renters. This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules and guidelines for using the Rentopi platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Purpose of the Platform

The Platform is intended to facilitate peer-to-peer vehicle sharing. Users must use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Acceptable Use Policy and Rentopi’s Terms and Conditions.

2. Prohibited Activities

a. Violate Laws or Regulations

• Engage in any activity that violates local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Use the Platform for unauthorized or fraudulent purposes.

b. Provide False or Misleading Information

• Create an account with false information, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your identity.
• List vehicles with inaccurate or misleading details.

c. Engage in Harmful Conduct

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or Rentopi staff.
• Use the Platform to distribute harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content, including hate speech, defamatory statements, or sexually explicit material.

d. Tamper with the Platform

• Attempt to hack, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt the Platform’s operations.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or other harmful software.

e. Facilitate Illegal Activities

• Use vehicles for illegal purposes, including but not limited to smuggling, unauthorized transportation of goods, or other unlawful acts.
• Rent out vehicles that do not meet local safety or registration requirements.

3. User Responsibilities

As a User of the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: Ensure all account and vehicle details are accurate and up to date.
• Respect Others: Communicate respectfully with other Users and Rentopi staff.
• Use Vehicles Lawfully: Adhere to all applicable traffic laws and the Vehicle Owner’s terms during rentals.
• Protect Account Security: Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify Rentopi immediately of unauthorized access.

4. Reporting Violations

If you encounter behavior or content that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to Rentopi at [email protected]. We will investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate action.

5. Enforcement

Rentopi LLC reserves the right to take any of the following actions in response to violations of this policy:

• Issue warnings to Users.
• Suspend or terminate User accounts.
• Remove or modify content that violates this policy.
• Pursue legal action if necessary.

6. Changes to this Policy

Rentopi LLC reserves the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
